二 | “我们专门划出专属休息区，备上免费饮用水、应急药品，骑手过来歇脚、充电都免费。”欣念饺子馆育才街店负责人苏祖平介绍，餐厅延长打烊时间，推出性价比高的骑手特惠餐，配备微波炉，骑手自带的饭菜还可以随时加热。为让暖心服务真正落地见效，淘宝闪购衡水运营中心绘制了爱“新”餐厅地图，146家合作餐饮店全部清晰标注，骑手们在跑单途中翻开地图就能找到最近的站点。“爱‘新’餐厅都在临街顺路的地方，门口的标识一眼就能看见，过了饭点也能吃上热乎饭，再也不用紧紧张张赶时间了。”孙海宁吃完饭，疲惫消散了大半。
